Alexander Balok, PA-C, OSPA
Alexander Balok, PA-C, OSPA is a board-certified physician associate with an extensive background in surgical and orthopedic medicine. With more than 20 years of healthcare experience, Alex brings a highly trained understanding of anatomy, precision, and patient care to his practice.
Alex earned his Master of Applied Science in Physician Associate Studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center and completed an Orthopedic Surgery Physician Associate Fellowship at Nellis Air Force Base. His extensive surgical background and attention to detail have shaped a meticulous, patient-centered approach focused on individualized care.
Outside of medicine, Alex is a passionate Jacksonville Jaguars fan, former competitive soccer player, and CrossFit enthusiast. He enjoys staying active and bringing the same focus and dedication he applies to his work into his everyday life.

Michael Ferraro, DO
Michael Ferraro, DO is a board-certified family medicine physician with extensive experience in primary care, urgent care, hospital medicine, and clinical leadership. With more than a decade of medical experience, Dr. Ferraro brings a broad clinical perspective, strong attention to detail, and a patient-centered approach to his practice.
Dr. Ferraro earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his Family Medicine Residency at Washington Health System, where he served as Chief Resident. He has held multiple medical leadership positions, including Market Medical Director overseeing clinical operations across seven urgent care clinics, as well as leadership roles with the U.S. Air Force.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Ferraro enjoys hiking, running, traveling, reading, gardening, woodworking, and cooking. He is passionate about providing thoughtful, individualized care and helping each patient feel comfortable, informed, and confident in their care.
